How it works:

When you create a new project in Pocket Tracking, you create a Pocket Outlook category, and assign it to the project. Although you can change the category name, it?s commonly the project name.
Making use this category, Pocket Tracking groups Appointments, Tasks and Contacts for different projects.
You can also add a file to your project, or save a related URL to the project.
With this approach, you can manage your projects in a more efficient way, since everything (Appointments, Tasks, Contacts, Files and URLs) is grouped more efficiently.
